Founded in 1972 by late El Hadji Babacar “Ndiouga” KEBE, the real estate company (SAIM KEBE) is, by the construction, the buying back of many building, houses, and with a wholesome and rigorous management, the first private real estate company in SÉNÉGAL.

The first goal of the founding father was the real estate business by the construction of wealthy buildings.

After a successful experience, SAIM KEBE have stretched out its activities toward buying and managing agent of many real estate properties. With a capital of 470 million of Fcfa, SAIM KEBE is actually owner of patrimony.
